7-DAY WEIGHT LOSS MENUS
My program provides clients with 7-day menus designed for healthful eating and fat loss. We use different foods, spices, and condiments to tame appetites and conquer cravings.
Menus are also tailored for people who travel or eat out most of the time and are unable to take advantage of preparing their own meals.
BODY FAT ASSESMENT
Weight loss alone does not indicate a reduction in body fat. Losing 10lbs of weight is not necessarily equivalent to losing 10 lbs of fat. Much of weight loss can be attributed to water weight and or tissue and muscle loss.
For this reason, in my program we focus on body fat percentage as the key metric in assessing a client’s health and progress over time. Each client’s body fat is carefully measured and monitored throughout the program and assessed with respect to age and gender.
FITNESS PROGRAM
Exercise programs are customized for clients based on age, gender, abilities, and prior exercise experience. Proper weight-training sessions are also available, where attention is given to injury-prevention techniques. We discuss the importance of cardiovascular exercise and the role it plays in both health and weight loss.
