Weight loss alone does not indicate a reduction in body fat.  Losing 10lbs of weight is not necessarily equivalent to losing 10 lbs of fat.  Much of weight loss can be attributed to water weight and or tissue and muscle loss.  

For this reason, in my program we focus on body fat percentage as the key metric in assessing a client’s health and progress over time.  Each client’s body fat is carefully measured and monitored throughout the program and assessed with respect to age and gender.
